Get lost in nature. Get lost in each other.
Tucked along Fightingtown Creek in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Stone Creek is a private creekside retreat made for couples who came here to leave everything else behind. Two bedrooms, one bath, and the kind of stillness that reminds you why you needed this.
On the Creek
Fightingtown Creek runs along the edge of the property, and its presence shapes everything. You hear it from the bedroom. You see it from the kitchen window. By the second morning, it becomes the rhythm your days move to. Pull an Adirondack chair to the bank, cast a line for catch-and-release trout fishing, or simply sit with something warm in your hands and let the water do the rest.
When the sun goes down, the fire pit takes over – firewood always provided. The hot tub sits overlooking the creek under the fairy lights. It’s the kind of evenings that make it easy to lose track of the hour.
Inside
Warm, intimate, and designed to draw you in. The living area gathers around a fireplace hearth, with soft furnishings and lighting that invite you to stay a while. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in, and the dining space sits beside it with creek views just outside the window.
The king bedroom is dressed in hypoallergenic down pillows, plush comforters, and high thread-count sheets. The bathroom carries its own quiet indulgence — spa-quality towels and distinctive green shower tile that echoes the nature just outside. A loft with two twin beds is available for additional guests when needed.
