Creek Side is that kind of place – a private mountain retreat along the banks of Fightingtown Creek in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia, where three bedrooms, three baths, and over two acres of secluded land are yours alone. It sleeps up to nine and sits twenty minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge.
The Space
The main level flows naturally between a fully appointed kitchen, a generous dining area, and a living room anchored by a stone fireplace, drawing everyone together without trying. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking – a four-burner stainless steel stove, full-size refrigerator, all the cookware and dinnerware you need, and base spices. When the day winds down, the wraparound deck is waiting, offering uninterrupted views of the forest and the sound of the creek below. Downstairs, the lower level holds a private game room stocked with games, a comfortable lounge, and access to the patio and hot tub.
The Bedrooms
Three thoughtfully designed rooms, each with its own full bath, smart TV, and soft cotton linens.
The primary suite sits on the main level – a king bed, spa-style glass shower, and private deck access for mornings best spent quietly. The secondary suite occupies the lower level, with a queen bed and added privacy. The loft sleeps up to four with a twin bed, trundle, and twin-over-full bunk – a natural favorite for families, with its own full bath included.
The Outdoors
Creek Side’s two-plus acres stretch all the way down to Fightingtown Creek, where the water runs clear and the afternoons move slowly. Fish for trout catch-and-release style, or simply sit and let the sound of the water do the rest. A landscaped fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and woven egg swings sits nearby – firewood is always provided. The seven-person hot tub looks out over the grounds and is cleaned and fully refreshed between every stay. A propane grill, an open field with outdoor games, and both upper deck and lower patio seating make this a property that lives best outside.

Arrival & A Few Details
Check-in begins at 5:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. These windows are held carefully so that every guest arrives to a home that’s been properly prepared. The property accommodates a maximum of nine guests and up to four vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not available.
A departure clean is included with every stay. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. We ask that outdoor music stays low and concludes by 10:00 PM – no amplified speakers, please. We’re unable to accept package deliveries during guest stays.
The drive to Creek Side is paved to within one mile of the property – the final stretch is a well-maintained gravel path, comfortable in all seasons. The nearest hospital is Blue Ridge Medical Center, eighteen minutes away. Exterior security cameras are present on the grounds.
Bringing Your Dog
Creek Side is hypoallergenic dog-friendly. They must be under 30 lbs each – with a $150 pet fee. This standard exists to ensure the home remains hypoallergenic for future guests.
